「This hotel was exemplary from all standpoints. Beautiful little room decorated in the style of Savoie culture. Amazing breakfast with wonderfully fresh options. We signed up for daily dinner and the chef prepared delicious daily 3 course meals. The hotel owners are a delightful family and the employees are genuinely kind and considerate. We are skiers. The hotel was very close to the Super Morzine and Pleney lifts. Morzine is an adorable village! 」
「This was the worst accommodation experience of my life. The room was like a prison, with no basic necessities at all — no internet, no air conditioning, nothing. The photos were completely misleading. I only stayed a few hours then left for another hotel. The reception staff were extremely rude, especially when the booking was not made through their own site. The place is located in an abandoned-looking residential area, and it looks nothing like the pictures.」
