Even better than it looks!

This is a truly lovely and wonderful property. It's hard to believe but it is even better than the amazing photos suggest. Location is stunning with lovely lakeside views. The house is finished to a high spec and the outside patio/pool area is beautiful. What with the sauna, hottub, and several patio seating areas, it is just so relaxing. The kitchen is very well equipped also. The only two very minor points of clarification I would make is that there is no central air conditioning, there is a single stand alone portable air conditioner. Secondly there aren't actually 4 bedrooms. The fourth bed is a (very good) fold down bed on the upstairs spacious landing area. I'd highly recommend this lovely property. It is expensive but it is worth it.

Fantastische Villa in wunderschöner Lage

Diese Ferienvilla ist ein absoluter Traum: Die Lage des Grundstücks, die Aussicht auf den See und die Alpen, der Luxus und Komfort des Hauses, der Pool und die Terrasse, einfach herrlich. Mit dem Gratis-Bus ist man in 25 Minuten in der schönen Hauptstadt Annecy und ein Besuch der wundervollen alten Burg Menthon Saint Bernard, die von der Villa aus sogar zu Fuss erreichbar ist, lohnt sich auf alle Fälle. Von uns gibt es alle Sterne - es war ein fantastischer Urlaub. Wer sich hier nicht wohlfühlt, dem kann man es selbst im Paradies nicht recht machen!
