This is the first time this has ever happened checking in and being asked if I have the sheets and it will be 12 eruo for each bed and to top it off I had to clean it myself or pay them to clean my room. We have been on many vacations never have we been charged extra for them to clean the room. And fyi the room was not that clean when we got there with panties in the trash can. "Not noted in the hotel description, but the front door literally opens onto platform 1 of the tain station. For those travelling by train this is a major bonus as Montreux is an extremely hilly city. Our room was on the top floor offering a great view off a large patio of Lake Geneva. Very comfy beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy walking distance to the waterfront for stores and restaraunts."
