The house offers a warm and functional space, perfect for families or groups of friends.

On the ground floor, you'll enjoy a bright living area with lounge, dining space and a fully equipped open kitchen (including a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a classic filter coffee maker).

Upstairs:
• 2 bedrooms with double beds
• 1 bedroom with bunk beds

A bathroom with washer and dryer, along with two toilets (ground floor and upstairs), complete the home.

Outside, enjoy a private enclosed garden and courtyard with parking for up to 2 vehicles.

Guests have full access to the entire property, including the garden and private courtyard. Parking is available directly on-site.

Check-in is fully self-guided from 5:00 PM through a simple and secure process. All instructions are shared in advance via our dedicated form.

Located in Veules-les-Roses, the house enjoys a prime location just a short walk from the beach.

The village is known for its authentic charm, flower-lined streets, historic mills and seaside restaurants. Enjoy peaceful walks and the unique atmosphere of the Normandy coast.

The nearest train station is in Dieppe, accessible by car. Bus lines also connect Veules-les-Roses to nearby towns.
A car is recommended to fully explore the area.

🚪 Departure instructions — Check-out before 10:00 AM

Before leaving the property, please:

🍽️ Wash the dishes and tidy the kitchen
🗑️ Take out all the rubbish and place it in the appropriate recycling bins (note: transparent bags are mandatory). No rubbish should be left inside the property — a flat fee may be charged otherwise.
🛏️ Remove the bed sheets and towels and leave them in a pile in the entrance of the property
🪟 Close all shutters and windows
🌡️ Turn the heating down to a minimum
🔑 Return the keys to the key box and scramble the code after closing
🧳 Do a final check of the property to make sure you haven't left anything behind
⚠️ Please report any issues that occurred during your stay before our cleaning team's check-out inspection
