The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the terrace and includes an oven, a ceramic glass hob hotplate, 4 gas rings, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor also hosts 3 bedrooms: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm) accompanied by a private bath and WC, 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), and 1 room with 2 single beds. A shower and WC serve the remaining ground floor bedrooms. On the upper floor, there is 1 additional room with 1 french bed (160 cm), served by a dedicated shower and WC.
