"We were charged $6.34 I(I believe that was the charge) for Water in the room? That is the only thing we can think of anyway. The receipt did not explain what the charge was for, and we rec'd a full refund of the "incidental" charge that was put on the card when we checked in. If the charge was indeed for water, you should be upfront and put a price tag on the bottle or a note stating you will be charged. Most people wouldn't care, but surprise charges, no matter how small are upsetting."

Tried to get a refund but no one ever answers the phone. Will not be doing business with you again. Very disappointed. Also Hotel.Com was of no use to me either!!!"
