"This apartment exceeded my expectations. We found fresh pasteries, plenty of coffee pods, and a gourmet tea box when we arrived. The cottage was well decorated and comfortable. We walked from the train station. We rented bikes in town and rode the canal de Bourgogne bike trail and hiked to the abbey de Fontenay. Angelique allowed us to check in early and checkout later. Communication was excellent. Located on a quiet street with easy walking access to town and the bike path. Highly recommend!"

"Village agréable.Appartement froid à notre arrivée. Beaucoup de moisissures, notamment sous l'evier dans un placard ne méritant pas son appellation ainsi que dans des "locaux" de rangement. Vieilles toiles d'araignées dans divers endroits et le four dans un état de saleté optimale. La propriétaire a dû se déplacer pour le nettoyer et a reconnu devoir changer la grille et la plaque de cuisson qu'elle ne parvenait pas à ramener à un état correct. "Amazing property in Burgundy country that was perfect for a two day reset after a week of traveling. Everything was amazing. The staff even welcomed us with a bottle of champagne for my wife’s birthday. We enjoyed our room, the surrounding nature, the pool, everything. We will be back. Merci!"

"We had a lovely stay. Oxanna was particulary fabulous, very friendly and provided lots of great recommendations. The room was great and spotlessly clean. The pool was lovely although the charge for towels was a bit strange :( We enjoyed one lovely evening meal, the food was delicious. Our ony negative was the young chap who served in the restaurant. His sense of humor bordered on being quite rude. We asked him for the check and waited 15 minutes. When we asked one of the ladies he pointed and shouted from the table at the front of the restaurant "you come over to me to sign" . My husband mentioned his attitude at check out when the manager asked about our stay. Shame as otherwise, a perferct stay."

"We chose Hotel Val Vert for its location between Provence and Paris. We arrived fairly late and were able to have a lovely dinner right next door at a steakhouse. The room was very simple, clean and accommodating for 4 adults. The breakfast was amazing and we were so glad we chose to have it! A full buffet with many lovely and delicious items. The staff was super helpful and spoke English, which was a help for us. We would most definitely stay again should our travels take us to the area."

"It was a stop half way between the north and the south, we wanted to try somewhere new. It is completely basic, hence the price, but just off the motorway, easy to get to. Easy check-in, rooms clean. The shower wasn’t great but otherwise all good. The tv wasn’t plugged in for some reason and it took two of us to plug it in as it was very awkward. We had breakfast and it was decent, the lady working it was very nice. The actual village is absolutely stunning, very picturesque. All in all, a good stay"
