"Die Unterkunft weist gravierende Mängel auf, die Sicherheit und Nutzbarkeit beeinträchtigen. Mehrere Einrichtungsgegenstände sind beschädigt, instabil oder provisorisch repariert. Wichtige Ausstattungen fehlen oder befinden sich in einem unhygienischen bzw. gefährlichen Zustand (z. B. Steckdosen, Geländer, Sanitäranlagen, Möbel, Kochgeschirr). Insgesamt entsteht ein ungepflegter Eindruck. Das Außengelände ist ansprechend, die Umgebung schön, aber für einen erholsamen Urlaub ist die Unterkunft...

"Ein wirklich schönes Anwesen mit riesigem, gepflegtem Garten und tollem überdachtem Pool. Gut ausgestattete Küche (es darf gerne ergänzt werden, was sonst noch alles verfügbar ist, denn sie war besser ausgestattet als beschrieben). Sehr freundlicher Eigentümer, der unsere anfänglichen Probleme mit der Stromversorgung schnell behoben hat. Zu den etwas negativen Punkten:Die Couch im Wohnzimmer hat ihre besten Tage hinter sich. Es würde nicht schaden, einmal in und um das Haus Spinnweben und...

"We were in Denmark to visit family and friend and this was the perfect location. The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect close to restaurants and shopping and still far away from everything. Nice and quiet at all times and great folks to take care of the property and us. This is our new place to go to going forward. Also we had the best breakfast each morning to get a good start of the day!"

"The hotel was full of foreign workers and their cars took all the free parking space. The room was very basic but had one positive surprise. That is a fridge in the room for drinks or do-it-yourself breakfast etc. The room smelled like someone would have smoked inside and also there was limestone in the shower. I have been in motels and hostels that were better equipped than this hotel."
