「The property and the room could need an upgrade, the walls in bathing area were put together by tape, there were black hair several places and i and my son do not have black hair😅 the pool area was nice but could also need a helping as tiles were lose around the pool. 「We had a lovely stay at Le Terrazze sul lago. The hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The main pool area is beautiful with plenty of sunbeds and there is a smaller pool the other side of the complex. The suite was spacious comprising of double bedroom, bathroom and large room with 2 sofa beds, dining table, kitchenette with fridge and hob. 「The house is comfortable, wih well equiped kitchen, with small garden and there table and chairs on terrasse in the morning and sofas for drinks in the evening, an amazing pool wich was very usefull in hot days. 「My family and I have been on holiday in many places over the years. But this experience was the best we have ever had. There was nothing to complain about. The hotel apartments are incredibly luxurious, and all the facilities are amazing. And last but not least, the staff are incredible, welcoming, smiling and exceptionally helpful. 「友人の車で旅行したのですが、大きな地下駐車場があって便利でした。お部屋はレジデンスタイプで私の部屋はキッチンダイニング別の１ベッドルームでしたがバスタブはありませんでした。 コンセントがイタリアでは細めの３つ口と太めの２つ口のがあって、私はスマホの充電器に２つ口のを持って行ったのですがキッチンに１ヶ所だけしか適応するコンセントがなかったので少々不便でした。 毎日のお掃除やリネン交換はレジデンス滞在タイプだとありません。分別ゴミは確実駐車場のゴミ箱に捨てることになっていました。朝食はとても美味しかったです。またレセプションの人たちも対応は良かったです。」
