「Nice house. Kitchen well equipped, but has no counter space for preparing a meal for 7 people. Motion sensor faucet in full bath was inconvenient, but shower was good. Keurig coffee maker quit working. After our granddaughter locked us out of all the bedrooms, the owner brought keys to unlock them. Very nice of them. Location close to fireworks view from Grandview park.」

「Arthur was very prompt in responding to emails and continued to stay connected during our stay. The space was as described in the listing. Availability of coffee grounds and tea bags were a plus.
As others mentioned, the stairs are little tiny/small to get to the bedroom, however not a major distractor to the overall property and location.
Parking instructions were clear and even if I came after 10 PM in the night, there were 1 or 2 slots open.
