「It was quite elegant, with sparse but modern furnishings. A lot more space than I needed, and so much more than what I expected. The view from the second-story enclosed porch was a dream. I wish I could have had guests over to show it off. The owner was very accommodating in resolving an issue that wasn't even their fault. Hope to stay again.」

「The apartment was comfy and perfectly described. The neighbors were kind and offered suggestions around the city. The hostess was very knowledgeable about the city and provided great recommendations for food and local businesses. If we’re ever back in Utica we’ll definitely check out this location again! 」

「The apartment was the perfect space for a longer vacation. Plenty of room for three of us without feeling crowded and able to be spread out. I do wish there was more communication regarding the parking spot (but that was a lack of time on my part) and the check out procedures. Overall a very good stay.」

「Great 1 night stay. Property was very clean and neighborhood was quiet. Walked to dinner at Oneida Lake Brew Haus. Food was excellent. Host was very responsive to a couple of initial questions I had before booking. Would stay again. 」

「Great loft and location. Parking is well lit and a half block away. Good food within walking distance: Nina’s Pizza, Utica Coffee and Taylor and Cook. 」
