The Space:

The scent of fresh coffee drifts from the kitchen as you settle onto the comfortable sofa, and the gentle hum of the private pool outside promises a perfect evening dip. Here, the rhythm of the ocean blends with the quiet of a private backyard, creating a retreat that feels both spacious and intimate.



Sleeping Arrangements

The home comfortably sleeps eight guests across three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed. Two full bathrooms serve the group, with an ensuite attached to the master suite and a hallway bathroom shared by the other rooms.



Outdoor Living

A private pool beckons for a refreshing swim, and a fully screened‑in patio provides a shaded spot for morning coffee or sunset drinks. Comfortable lounge seating surrounds the pool area, and a charcoal BBQ grill in the fenced backyard makes it easy to fire up a meal for the whole group. Free parking is available right on the property.



Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless‑steel appliances—refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher—plus a Keurig coffee machine ready for your favorite brew. An open‑concept dining area offers ample room for family meals or casual snacks, and the layout flows seamlessly into the living space.



Indoor Comfort

High‑speed Wi‑Fi and a Smart TV keep you connected and entertained. Air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and room‑darkening shades ensure a restful stay, while the open living room provides generous seating for gathering after a day of exploring.



Location & Nearby Attractions

Nestled in the heart of Vero Beach, the home is just a short drive from South Beach Park and downtown’s shops and restaurants. McKee Botanical Gardens lies only five minutes away, offering tranquil walks among lush landscapes. White‑sand Atlantic beaches are within easy reach, and local attractions are typically a five‑ to ten‑minute drive, giving you quick access to the best of the area’s coastal charm.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



The Neighborhood:

Roughly a 13-min drive to the beach - 7-min to McKee Botanical Gardens - 8-min to Downtown Vero Beach



Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood where everyone tends to keep to themselves. There is an older pup next door that you'll hear bark to say 'hello' from time to time. You'll have the driveway to park, which will accommodate up to (2) vehicles.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
