    An updated large one bedroom condo only 50 steps away from 3.5 miles of private beach. A unique Florida getaway! Situated on the second floor of the Golf Villas cluster, this condo is fully furnished with cable, wifi, washer/dryer, a smart TV and an equipped kitchen. Everything you need to peacefully enjoy time away!

This resort style community has amazing amenities that include 10 tennis courts (hard and clay), 9 hole par 3 golf course, 4 heated pools, a hot tub, 3 restaurants ( Island Beach Bar & Restaurant and Tiki Bar), fitness center, half court basketball, shuffleboard, volleyball, bocce courts, sauna, library and more. Ocean Village is a gated community offering the best of a Florida lifestyle!

A Quiet, Relaxing Villa

The villa was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Everyone we encountered on the property was very friendly. We especially liked the fact that there was 24/7 security at the gated entry. We were there for the beaches which were very convenient. We definitely recommend this villa and would stay there again.

Close to Beach

Property was clean and neat. Easy and prompt communication with owner. Close to the private beach. Also Enjoyed the large pool (there are 4 in Ocean Village) and tiki bar. Lots to do. Restaurants are close by 1-2 miles. Try the Pie Hole - AMAZING!

Cute Beach Stay

This unit was great! The proximity to the *practically private* beach was the best part for sure. It was clean and had pretty much everything we needed. Adding an umbrella to the closet with beach items would be perfect. The restaurant on the property was good too, their brunch was delicious. I would recommend getting a rental car as most of the restaurants are not in walking distance. Overall, would recommend the condo and area.

Time away

This is our second time at this place, but the first time with this landlord and rental. We had a wonderful time. We golfed, played shuffle board, had beach time and pool time. The weather was wonderful. The landlord was great. There was a small problem and he was quick to reach out and resolve the issue. Highly recommend this place!

Great stay!

We had a very nice time here....the condo was extremely clean and well organized with many extras included....towels, sheets, beach chairs and beach bags, etc. Upon checking in we had a small issue with the TV which was immediately taken care of by the owner, Jameli and the property manager Sharon. They were both very helpful and approachable. The beach and the pools were just divine! Would recommend.

Minor adjustments

The one sink did not drain well and the tub/shower area could be a little cleaner,it looked like a little mildew. Everything else was just great. It would be nice if you had a Keurig coffee maker

Very Good

Overall very good! May have been my error, but my mother who is elderly had a hard time with the stairs. Cable continually went out, but so much to do we survived. Thanks so much!
