Amazing property! It has everything you need for a great stay. Wish the pool was warmer and the hot tub worked but we will still had a great time.

Amazing listing right on the water

We had a fantastic stay! Huge home, lots of light, dining room with excellent views opening to a pool area and dock right on the water. Amazing location and the property manager is just a delight! 100% would book again!!!

Almost Paradise

This was our second year at this home. It is spacious and beautiful. It is a wonderful place to relax It is about 3 miles to central Beach shops and restaurants. Altogether a lovely place to vacation.

Amazing home, great location

We had a wonderful time -- family of 4 with a teen and pre-teen. The home was open, clean, had all the modern amenities one would expect, and perfectly located near all the action in Vero Beach. The neighborhood was beautiful and very quiet which suited us as we lounged by the lovely pool overlooking the river. Highly recommend this property!

Beautifully decorated, spacious one level home with everything we needed for a week in Vero for our son’s wedding at The Moorings Yacht and Country Club. Bikes for morning rides, a gorgeous pool with the backdrop of the river canal. Pool cleaning service came by to clean and the landscaping and yard were beautiful. We used the grill for a family cookout one evening and had family and friends stop by to swim and enjoy lunch and dinner. The covered porch was quite pleasant for reading as it had breezes come through. We would love to come back again for sure!

Best family vacation

We absolutely loved staying up in Vero Beach! We visit the A1A yearly and this was bar far the best trip. Beautiful home where we could swim, fish, and play games together. Playing games around the table with our teens was so special. We loved our simple trip to visit family and spend time together. Julie was amazing and super response if needed. Looking forward to our next stay.

Paradise on the water

We love this house This was our second time to stay there. Everything is comfortable from the beds to the sofa. The whole back side of the house is glass letting in natural light and giving you the beautiful view of the water. The dock was perfect for our little boat. We hope to be back!!!

Wish hot tub would be turned on. Lockbox would not open the first night and was confirmed by housekeeper. Would stay here again!

Great Location

The living and dining furniture is dated and worn. Also it would have been nice to have jacuzzi operational. We stay at the house three years ago and was not working then either. Great location for boating and fishing and the dock is very nice with water and electricity.

Great House

We had a great stay. There were only two of us, so more space than needed. The house was in great condition. I think they have replaced or re-covered some of the furniture as we didn’t see the wear and tear that past reviews mentioned. The pool not being heated was not an issue for us as it was so hot (July/August) that the pool did not need heat and we were able to enjoy it most days. The best part was the private beach access. Essentially no one was on the beach which led to really special evening and morning walks. The neighborhood is a quiet and a short drive to restaurants.

Very nice accommodation with only minor suggestions for improvement

Overall, our vacation in the house was very nice. We stayed there for almost two weeks. If anything, there were only minor issues or suggestions for improvement. These include the following:- Unfortunately, the heat exchanger of the air conditioning system made a constant loud noise outside, which could be heard in the bedrooms on the east side.- The chairs at the dining table were very uncomfortable. A few cushions would easily remedy this.- There were no cushions for the loungers and chairs in the pool area. - No proper vacuum cleaner (one was broken and the other didn't work well).- Not enough crockery and cutlery.- The extractor hood in the kitchen could need a cleaning.- The barbecue grill was very dirty and had to be cleaned before use.

2nd Visit

We have stayed at this property twice, and we enjoyed our stay so much. There was a very minor plumbing issue that was addressed the same day. The owners called directly to make sure it was fixed quickly. The house was perfect for 5 adults. There was more space than we needed, but it allowed us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some privacy. We fished off the dock and watched manatee, dolphin and tarpon from the patio each day. The neighborhood is very nice, friendly and quiet. We pulled our boat up to the dock and had easy access to the river. We would (And probably will) stay again in the future without hesitation!

Great time!

Beautiful place! Great view and location. You have it furnished lovely. Two things you might want to let owners know. The pool person came on Tuesday and I told him the vacuum appeared not to be sucking up the debris in pool. Told him the filter was full. He said it was fine and didn’t empty it. Basically did nothing and left. Also the debris basket by the main equipment is full. That should be cleaned out. We know because we have a pool at home. So I tried to clean up as much as I could with the pool net. Lastly, the doors near the small table in the kitchen do not lock very well. We had to push from the inside and outside to get it to finally lock. So we just used the doors near the covered outdoor area and big kitchen table. You might want to have those doors checked. Hope you don’t mind me sharing this. I would want someone to tell me too.

Location location location!!!!

The neighborhood was beautiful, the view was beautiful and the house was beautiful as well. The only disappointing things were walking up to the front door and there’s a huge dead plant to the right. The furnishings in the house were very nice. Great first impression when walking into the home. You could see some scuffs on walls and some stains on some of the fabric on chairs… Those of which are somewhat to be expected in a VRBO. The house was very spacious and fits a large family comfortably out of four bedrooms, a sitting area in the living room. There are only two TVs in the house that made it a little difficult at night for our large family. As far as cleanliness for the most part, the house was very clean. There were some cobwebs in a few of the corners, some sugar ants in one of the bathrooms, we found several carpenter ants in the kitchen/ family room (we had an 8 month old- so this made us a tad nervous when he was crawling), there was only one beach pass-which as I stated we had a large family and this made it difficult when several of us wanted to go to the beach at different times, but overall a very good experience. we would love to come back to this home again! The views are stunning from the back of the house!! :-)

Absolutely perfect for a wedding weekend. Everything was incredible. Pool had some leaves and landscaping matter in it that we would have cleaned out if there was a net. The pool cleaner was in the pool but not work. Everything else was top notch

Beautiful but needs a few tweeks

Home was beautiful and amazing however the hottub never worked for the duration of the stay and the a/c was set to 75. It was hot in the house. At one point it reached 80 and there is no way to control the thermostat. The house is decorated beautiful and supplied with everything you need. Would stay again if the hot tub is. functional.

Fantastic vacation!

WOW, what a beautiful home! The property was super clean and the owners were very responsive to any questions that we had. Having private beach access nearby was amazing! Being that it was the off-season, most days we were the only family on the beach--it was like being on a private island! Our multi-generational group found the home to be very comfortable. It was absolutely perfect for our needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
