「I can see that they are making an effort to keep the lobby clean. However, some of the facilities are very dirty, and in the court yard, old trash has been left scattered around.」

「Room was clean and spacious and close to lots of good services. Our stay was great until a youth hockey team moved in with their neglectful parents and played hockey in the hallways and wandered about the hotel all night. Also was super disappointed that the only time I tried to use the pool it was closed for maintenance and the staff couldn’t tell me when it would open again. It was weird because one staff said it could open and another came behind them and closed it again.」

「We’ve stayed here many times and love the location, the like home feel in the rooms, and the hot tub. Our only issue here is the smokers on the property - I’m quite allergic to, and run into problems at most stays. The people smoking outside our room this time did move when we informed them that there was a designated smoking area, so it wasn’t too bad this time.」
