Self-contained studio with garden near the sea

Independent studio adjoining a house, suitable for 4 people, located 30 minutes from the sea: Grau du Roi, Grande Motte, Palavas. 30 minutes from Montpellier. 10 minutes from Nîmes. Garrigue 100 meters away. Comfortable accommodation. All shops nearby. Enclosed courtyard. Self-check-in with code on electric gate. The accommodation. Possibility of participating in a wild edible plant identification walk with tasting of wild plant-based dishes (depending on the season: borage cream, wild beet soup, apple and alexanders cake, calamint tea). Or a meal of wild plants only, without the walk. (Price to be provided depending on the number of people and booking dates). Guest access. Hello and welcome. Arrivals are from 4 pm. Departures are before 10 am without fail. (with the code) With access, you arrive and leave whenever you like. Sheets, pillowcases, towels, and a dish towel are provided. Additional linens are available in the upstairs bedroom closet. As stipulated by law, smoking or vaping with electronic cigarettes is prohibited inside the accommodation, under penalty of sanction and cancellation of your stay. This is for the well-being of the tenants who will follow you. Ashtrays are located in the cupboard under the sink, and a picnic table is available for smoking outside. No cigarette butts on the ground in the courtyard or in front of our gate, thank you in advance. Out of respect for your hosts, please wash and put away your dirty dishes. The cleaning fee does not include this service; an additional charge applies. A cleaning fee will be charged if the dishes are not dried and put away. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition, in accordance with Airbnb's kind requests. The studio is attached to our house; there are no keys to collect beforehand. The roller shutter on the French doors allows you to close the studio when you wish to leave. The studio is located opposite the gate, where the picnic table is. I will give you the gate code the day before. This way, you can access the studio independently. With this code, the gate opens in pedestrian mode (halfway). To go back out and open the gate when you are inside the courtyard, there is a Gray switch to the right of the gate. Press for at least 5 seconds to open. There are parking spaces 🚙 all along the street a little further up. Please park only in the spaces marked with white lines on the ground and not on the sidewalk of the neighbors across the street.
