"Good hotel well run"

"Would be incredible if covered areas for hanging up robes/towels could be installed around the pool deck since it is open all year round. Service at restaurant during breakfast is super friendly but unbearably spotty. We had one morning where not one server visited our table the entire time we were there (sure, we partook in the buffet, but not one check in from wait staff before, during or after our meal?!). The hotel and gardens are gorgeous - brutalist architecture, lush vegetation and water features. It feels like you are at a resort but you are in the heart of the City. Amenities are good and overall would recommend for families traveling to Montreal."

"Had some issues with the outlets in my room and their ability to charge things like my phone. But was able to make it work with minimal issues. Could tell it was an older building but that didnt change my overall experience. Staff was friendly and was easy to find transportation "
