On the 2nd and last floor of a small building which formerly housed the Verdun tannery workshops, this cozy and completely renovated apartment opens onto a pretty living room with sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV, board games, fiber optic wifi, a bar and a fully equipped open kitchen including a multi-function robot and a Nespresso machine.

On the side, a spacious bedroom, with a queen size bed.
In the living room, a comfortable sofa bed can accommodate 2 adults. (Mattress 140*200, 18cm thick).

For your comfort, we have selected hotel quality mattresses.
Bed linen and bathroom linen are provided and beds will be made upon your arrival.

Regarding parking, it is possible to park for free on the street but also in a nearby car park.

For your peace of mind, entry and departure are done independently using a connected lock system.
