"This property is very well managed, has excellent staff and Sarah was most kind in showing us rooms and recommending restaurants. The breakfast was outstanding as was the service provided. The only issue is there is no signage and with adjacent property under construction we initial thought hotel was closed. "

"Staff were incredibly helpful at all hours of the day or night when needed. Just a 15 minute walk away from the metro so perfect to get into Milan. Room condition was perfect. Only complaint would be that in the area local to the hotel there is nothing to do and all restaurants seemed closed most of the time but with just a couple stops away from the city centre it really didn't matter. "
