No hacen limpieza en la habitación, el baño está muuuuy sucio y las toallas apestan a podrido, la alberca siempre esta sucia, no ponen agua en la habitación y los jabones que ponen huelen mal. El hotel está bien ubicado pero en servicios está pésimo.

Puras mentiras la publicacion con la realidad, el personas es malencarado, solo tienen espacio para 10 vehiculos y tres son de los duleo y una lancha, horrible la alberca con moho, la limpieza es muy mala. No se los recomiendo.

Pésimo y defraudador

Exageradamente mal, como puede ser posible q solo tengan como 10 cajones de estacionamiento para tantas habitaciones, tuve q dejar mi carro en la calle y aparte ellos no se hacen responsables de nada, la alberca toda sucio, al agua toda verde y fangos a, hasta daba miedo meterse ahí, la puerta de la habitación muy fea y poca seguridad, sin exención telefónica, el wifi muy intermitente, y bueno por el precio, exageradamente caro, deberían clausarlo por la publicidad engañosa, sus fotos muy padres pero ya q estas ahí, nada de lo ofrecido es real, q pena q sigan operando estos establecimientos con tantas mentiras

Agradable y ubicado

Muy bien, aunque esperaba más, los muebles están descuidados, la ubicación excelente y el trato del personal muy bueno. Volvería a quedarme en este hotel. Lo malo nada más fue parte de las instalaciones.

El personal que atiende la recepción, en especial el hombre que está por la noche, pésimo servicio, se la pasaba platicando por teléfono y cuando uno se le acercaba a hacer consultas, ponia su cara de desagrado y se tardaba demasiado en atender. Llegué con reservación y tardé media hora en poder pasar.
