It is a good hotel, however there are improvements to be made, since there is no hot water, but if it has a sea view, if you only want to spend 1 or 2 days maximum, it is a good idea, but not more than 2 days

Rooms are in very poor condition. Mouldy bathroom. Old stained linen and beds (where there is no linen covering it) it is not a place you ‘want’ to be at any time.

Shower doors broken won’t slide, shut good, sheets were always dirty everyday even after changing, balcony’s full of pigeon 💩. Bed hard as a rock may have to see chiropractor coming back home soon! Ran out of toilet paper 👎😒air conditioning was great but blows on face at night put luggage to divert cold air! Nice tv! But definitely keep the tile and change the bed 101 room not horrible but not outstanding, I come from America I expect a nice room with ocean view lol. Gave me street view!;( no ice machine which is normal for Mexico! No food at all, good parking for car! Wouldn’t go back but not the worst I’ve ever seen type deal! Could be better if the clean and fix some stuff. Oh and water was ice cold at 11am one day. That wasn’t fun! Faucet made the loudest noise, but they put on a new one thank god for them!

In a lifetime of cheap hotels this is the first one where I was afraid I would be injured!..no one at check in ..no welcome... toilet did not work...knocking and scaping noises at random times ...power drill all afternoon..there was 1 Cheap plastic hanger...no water or glasses...no chair or desk ( I dragged a heavy wood bench in from hallway) no place to put toiletry items..vague sewer odor..Balcony door would not slide ( took all my strength to push it shut..feared being hurt...ditto bathroom door ( could not reopen for hours of tiring effort..no blanket...TV Remote too complicated and no signal on many stations..last night 8 p 4 men dragged a bed into adjacent room much noise and hammering THEN spayed industrial strength bug spray so thick I was choking ... elevator would not come to 4 th foot ( I feared entrapment).....This MISERABLE OLD DOG of Hotel should be shut down. AVOID!!!

Amazing stay, it's right on the beach of the sea. You can leave your belongings in the hotel and walk over in your bathing suit and towel. Nice people, everything was perfect, except the internet is a little slow. But I would definitely go back.

Lo único malo es que se escuchaba mucho el ruido de la calle y al final nos cobraron $ 150.00 pesos por qué mi esposa mancho una toalla con algo de maquillaje, digo, es lógico que a veces las toallas se ensucien un poco pero cobrar extra por qué se entregó una toalla inmaculada, creo que es una exageración

No existe comunicación entre turnos al día siguiente nos pidieron la llave al salir sin tener tacto al pedirlo como exigiendo, el cual no sabíamos ya que no se nos menciono al llegar, es de mal gusto ya que si salgo más veces siempre la tengo que pedir y dejar, le comenté a la recepción de mi disgusto que ella sabe que en todos los hoteles así se maneja sin darnos una razón exacta, he viajado a otros hoteles y jamás habían pedido la llave, en la noche estaba cerrado con una madera las puertas, eso da un poco de duda la seguridad del hotel y que incómodo esperar a que te habrán con gestos, expandimos una noche al llegar y el costo es más elevado que en las apps de reservas. Esta cerca de la playa, cumple su función sin embargo la atención no fue agradable.

El hotel no cuenta con servicio de tv ni Internet no tiene agua caliente los cuartos son con olor a humedad los colchones duros las almohadas están duras relleno de trapos el lavado tira agua las recepción no resuelve nada argumentando que tienen todos los cuartos ya rentados y no pueden arreglar nada ni hacer nada por la deplorable estancia que dan les interesa más estar en el celular que atender a los huéspedes definitivamente manejan publicidad engañosa no lo recomiendo
