「Superior hotel far better than I could possibly have expected. With excellent staff, especially the very sweet ladies helping the karaoke along ( and other events like quiz night). There was one glaring exception: the night reception person (and yes, there is only one) who likes to argue at 5am in the morning and then blames me for arguing back. 「Lovely large clean room. Staff were pleasant Food excellent both for breakfast & dinner with lots of choices buffet style. This is a very nice hotel but in a few little places beginning to show ware.」
