Located just 50 meters from the famous Gold Beach landing beach in the village of Ver sur Mer British Bridgehead, it is one of the only 2 houses left standing after the Allied flood of the 1944 landings. History History, when you hold us ;-)

It can accommodate up to 10 people, its spacious living room, its rear patio and its 5 bedrooms make it a comfortable property for the family or a moment with friends.

On the ground floor ; Kitchen, living room, patio, 2 bedrooms with 140x190 bed, shower room with toilet and washing machine.
On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is double with 2 140x190 beds and 1 160x190 bed, 1 shower room with toilet.

The property is located in Ver sur mer, a small village in Calvados where the Magnificent and Peaceful British Memorial is located, about ten minutes from Arromanches les Bains and its remains of the Artificial Port.
20 minutes from Bayeux and its tapestry, 25 minutes from Caen and its Abbeys, its fortified castle of William the Conqueror, 45 minutes from the famous American Cemetery of Colleville sur mer, 1 hour from Honfleur or 1h30 from Mont Saint Michel or the Cliffs of 'Etretat if you want to travel further, these destinations are within your reach.

You can enjoy its beautiful garden, its bowling green, its sunny south-facing terrace, table, benches and deck chairs, but also enter to park your 2 cars in the enclosed courtyard.
For your relaxing moments with friends, family, etc.; table football, pétanque or even barbecue.
