Welcome to Loft 32—your cozy little beach escape just five houses from the sand in Pierpont Beach. It’s the kind of place where you can toss off your shoes, walk your dog at sunrise, and fall asleep to the sound of waves. A perfect spot for couples, solo travelers, or small families looking to slow down, breathe in that salty air, and settle into beach life—Ventura style. Ground Floor.

Just a heads-up: this is a one-bedroom in a small building, so while we’ve added a white noise machine and soft linens, there may be occasional neighbor noise.

You’ll have private access to Loft 32 with easy self-check-in. We’ll send a digital guidebook with everything you need—WiFi info, streaming tips, our favorite taco spot, even a few ideas for day trips if you want to explore beyond the beach.

THE SPACE
This sweet little ground-floor loft is tucked into a quiet, four-unit building just a short stroll from the ocean. Inside, it’s all about comfort: a queen bed with fluffy pillows, a full kitchen for easy meals, a comfy sofa sleeper, and a smart TV if you want to unwind after a sandy day.

We’ve thought of the small things too—like white noise for deeper sleep, beach chairs ready to go. It’s not fancy-fancy—it’s just right.

BOOKING PROCESS:
As soon as you book you will receive a message asking you to confirm your booking and to sign our rental agreement. We send automated messages regarding your stay, including your entry code and WiFi that are send through email. Entry code is sent 48 hours before check-in by email and then texted the day of check-in. Please make sure your information is correct and check your spam if you have not received confirmations from us. We look forward to providing you with a 5-star vacation!
