THE HOME
The home is a 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom, 2 story dwelling with a nice backyard and a deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean. You would be staying on the upper floor of the home that is completely private and consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a large deck. Both the master bedroom and the living room have amazing ocean views and the 2nd bedroom can be used as an office or it has a very nice queen size Murphy bed that can be pulled down if an extra bed is needed. The kitchen is equipped with all Viking appliances and is great for cooking.

The lower level of the home has 2 individual / private units that are rented by two quiet, respectful, working professionals in their 30s. It is very rare to see or hear them as they have their own entrances and keep to themselves

The backyard has two levels. The top level is a large grass space (approx. 40ft x 20 ft) and the lower level (40ft x 20ft) has some gravel and a nice fire pit and BBQ.

TRASH
Trash bins are on the side of the house and the Trash service comes every Friday morning.

There are two spots in the driveway, a couple spots on the street in front of the house, and a bunch of spots right around the corner about 30 feet away
