Mis advertised, shocking customer service

Hotel appears to be in Portsmouth on Hotels.com, what they don’t make clear is that the property is on the isle of wight meaning you would have to pay £70+ for a ferry. The property was advertised with free cancellation however when trying to cancel they charged us £60!!

Nice and relaxing hotel next to the beach. We booked 3 family rooms with sea view, well organised and ready for our stay. Kids liked it and really enjoyed the stay. Good breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff.

The location of the property was nice and the staff were always pleasant. Not the cleanest place and fixtures in the room falling off. Like the shower curtain pole wasn't secured so it fell off when you took a shower. Towel rail was also lose. And the whole room needs a deep clean! We only chose the place as it had a pool. Sadly that was empty with no access and things growing in it. The list could go on

The worst night we spend in this hotel.tv wasn't working, wifi wasn't working, no telephone signal, no air conditioner the room was boiling and the breakfast was terrible.

Their is few issues in hotel but mainly I was disappointed with Expedia . Your service one of waste service ever faced. I never recommend any one .

Hotel is looking tired but with an overall could be an amazing hotel. It is evident the owners are working on this and I wish them well. No bar or opportunity to get a meal besides breakfast. Beautiful views and the rooms were clean.

excellent services very nice and clean room stayed with 2 kids staff was going an extra mile only thing was swimming pool which was not in use otherwise everything thing was 5star
