The Pepper Pot Retreat consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining space for four, and a sitting area with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms both have a TV and consist of a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a garden with furniture and hot tub, plus off-road parking for one car. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Within 1 mile you will find a shop and a pub, and within 2.2 miles, a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. At the southernmost tip of the Isle of Wight, Niton is a charming bustling rural village, offering an excellent selection of shops including a convenience store, pharmacy and a Post Office as well as two pubs, both serving good food and ales. Just a mile away is Blackgang Chine, 40 acres of lovely clifftop gardens, featuring numerous attractions, live shows, and rides for all ages. There are superb walks and scenic views to be had along the nearby coastal path, which stretches for 60 miles around the Island. Travelling 4 miles takes you to the delightful Victorian resort of Ventnor, well known for its mild climate and sandy beaches.
