Hot water lasted just 1-2 minutes in the shower. 4. Only way to communicate with One by Wynwood is via Whatsapp, and they were slow, rude, and unapologetic. The apartment was decent, but our experience was terrible. Avoid One by Wynwood!"

"The location was good and the apartment was clean. The air conditioner didn’t work (looked like it hadn’t worked for a long time), so we needed to keep the windows open to stay cool, unfortunately that meant a good bit of sirens, car alarms, etc.,, every night. In a 3 night stay never had a shower warmer than body temperature and had to reach out to the management company a couple times to get clean towels / toilet paper. The ocean view in the description didn’t exist. Would stay somewhere...

"It was late when we arrived at night and Rodolfo was so kind to give us a ride to the closest restaurant because our kids were very hungry. We chose it because was very close to the hotel we joined a group after 2 days and were pleasantly surprised with the quality. Communication was easy and responsive, we wished they would tell us the entrance is on the right of the building after you pass other street numbers, as we arrived during the night was a bit confusing.
