The bathroom has been renovated with a modern and functional style, equipped with an accessible shower and all the essentials for you to start your vacation worry-free.

The compact yet complete kitchen has everything you need to feel at home: refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a full set of crockery. Prepare a quick breakfast before heading out to explore or enjoy a quiet dinner after a day at the beach.

To ensure your comfort at any time of year, the apartment has air conditioning and heating. In addition, you will have Wi-Fi, television, and a washing machine at your disposal.

- **Maximum occupancy:** The apartment is prepared for a maximum of 3 guests. Unregistered visitors are not allowed.

- **Pets:** Your four-legged friend is welcome! We accept a maximum of one pet per stay, upon prior request. An additional fee applies. Please ensure your pet is respectful of the space and does not disturb neighbors.

- **No smoking:** This is a smoke-free space. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

- **Parties and events:** Organizing parties, events, or noisy gatherings on the property is not allowed. We ask you to respect the tranquility of the building and the charming village of Ventalló, especially during nighttime rest hours.

- **Communal terrace:** Enjoy the spectacular views from our shared terrace. It is a relaxing space for all guests. Please keep it clean and tidy after use, and respect other users. Don't forget to take down apartment belongings when you finish!

- **Apartment care:** Treat the apartment and its furnishings with care. At the end of your stay, please remove the trash and make sure to turn off all lights, air conditioning, and heating.

- **Check-in and Check-out:** Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. If you need flexibility, please consult us in advance and we will try to help you as much as possible.

Welcome to La Cort de Can Barrina, in Ventalló! We are delighted to welcome you to this special corner of Empordà. To make your arrival as comfortable and simple as possible, we have prepared a self check-in system that will give you total flexibility.

**Check-in Time:**
You can access the apartment from 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival.

**Access Instructions:**
Access to the building and the apartment is via a numeric keypad system, so you won't need a physical key.
You must fill out the PreCheckin form to access the online Guest Portal, where you can pay the tourist tax and access detailed instructions and the access code. Please make sure to have this information on hand when you arrive.

**Parking:**
You will find free parking on the streets near the apartment. As it is a quiet village, it is usually not difficult to find a spot.

**Upon Your Arrival:**
Once inside, a small welcome gift awaits you so you can start to feel at home from the very first moment. The apartment will be prepared with everything you need for your stay, including clean bed linen and towels.

**Communication:**
Although the check-in process is autonomous, you are not alone. If you have any questions, need help finding the apartment, or an unforeseen event arises during your arrival, do not hesitate to contact us. We will be available to assist you by phone or email.
