In the district of Vensac-Océan 1.5 km from the centre of Montalivet, 9 km from the centre of Vendays, 85 km from the centre of Bordeaux, in the residential district, 800 m from the sea. Private: property 900 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with shutter cover and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, terrace, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises, public parking on the road. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Av. De l'Europe/Montalivet" 1.5 km, sandy beach "Vensac-Océan" 1 km. Cycle lane 10 m. Nearby attractions: Accrobranche, paintball, karting, surf. The owner does not accept any groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

良かった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

Sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation. Die Unterkunft ist nahe zum Strand und ist super ausgestattet! Es gibt einen super Pool, viele Sonnenliegen und eine große Terrasse. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt. Wenn etwas kaputt geht, wird das schnell repariert.
