BEAUTIFULLY decorated with a beach/ocean theme, you will LOVE this vacation home!

We are centrally located in South Venice just a short drive to grocery stores, movie theaters, restaurants and beaches. We are located 1 mile from Shamrock Park and within short driving distances to The Venice Pier, Sharky's on the Pier, Lemon Bay Park, Venice Beach, Manasota Beach, Nokomis Beach, Casperson Beach and downtown Venice just to name a few.

On days when the group prefers dining at home, spend time preparing your favorite home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen. You also have use of an outdoor propane grill, and plenty of space indoors or outdoors for dining and relaxing.
The home has a large capacity washer and dryer.

Not a beach-goer? Venice has many outstanding options for the avid golfer, including a wide variety of courses and plenty of tee times to fit your schedule. If you are looking for an easy walking path or a long bike trail you can take a casual ride to the beach, long distance road ride, or a ride out in the wilderness. We are located 2 minutes from the Legacy Trail path. You can also take advantage of Venice's numerous parks, museums, theater, shopping or many other action-packed outdoor experiences.

This house is only 30 minutes from Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport and 1 hour from Tampa International Airport and only 2 hours away from Disney World and Universal Studios.

ALL of our properties are 5 Star, and are meticulously scrubbed between guests. You WILL NOT FIND a better, cleaner home!

TRAVEL INSURANCE!
Florida weather is unpredictable! I strongly advise to you purchase Travel Insurance to cover you in case you have to do a "last minute" cancellation! Travel insurance is easy to google and cheap IF you get it early, like the same day you make your travel arrangements! Sorry but we cannot offer refunds for Mother Nature.
(Shed off of pool is storage for owners and not available).

There is a very nice community pool walking distance just 2 blocks away. We provide passes!

Great home and close to everything

Lots of amenities, super soft towels, good sized bedrooms. Felt very welcomed and great info provided how to settle in and find our way around. Would stay there again.

It’s a gem!

Gardenia Gem was great! Very cute, super clean and centrally located for easy access to area activities. The beds were comfortable and it was the best equipped vacation rental we’ve ever rented—it had everything we needed for beach days, cooking, and laundry. The manager was also very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend this rental!

Wonderful house in Venice!

We walked into this beautiful three bedroom very nicely decorated home. We were greeted by muffins and orange juice from the owner. We didn’t need anything the home is furnished with everything you need. I will definitely come back to this house!! The owners are great to work with from beginning to end. Made sure we made it to the home safe, directed us when we got lost at 11pm at night and didn’t mind the phone call. Checked on us before check out to see if we needed anything.

This is a great house with a great location.

The property manager, Greg, is so upbeat and positive and extremely helpful. We had a few things that we had questions on and he was always willing to help and it was extremely responsive. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who's looking to spend some time in Venice, FL.

Great time, very comfortable

We’ve stayed in a variety of rental houses each time we come to Venice and this was one of the most comfortable stays we had. It’s a smaller home, but redone on the inside and very nice. Nothing super fancy but clean, updated and comfortable. Lots of extras are thought of and included in the home, like night lights, Kleenex, laundry soap, all the things that you end up running out for a last minute that make it so much easier to stay in a home with a family. Extremely clean house- sometimes when we arrive we have to re-clean and we did not for this house. Greg, the property manager, is extremely responsive and fantastic. Would highly recommend!

Nice quiet neighborhood, very clean and well kept. Pet friendly although most local beaches don’t allow dogs. Nice fenced in backyard for the dog with grill. You need to bring nothing for the beach because everything is there. TV watching situation could be better. No cable or Satellite

Perfect getaway

We couldn’t have asked for anything better. It is a beautiful home with all the amenities we needed We especially enjoyed the air conditioned back porch with the large table. Perfect for family dinners and game night.

Venice beach property

House is conveniently located close to all nearby beaches. That is very well furnished and stocked. Kitchen head everything you could need, storage had beach supplies including a beach cart. (Great for those that are flying in and didn't bring their own). Square footage of the house is not that large but it's great for one family. Overall great property.

This was the perfect home for our trip. Plenty of room and beautifully remodeled throughout! I’ve stayed at many rentals and this one is a gem. Excellent communication with property manager and they were so many extras; kitchen was stocked with everything needed and there were no lack of towels etc. We absolutely loved the ferry over to the private beach and the house provided all beach accessories including sifters for finding beautiful shells and sharks teeth. Great location and super quiet. 5 stars all the way!

Beautiful house to rent. Very clean, fully stocked house w/ all beach needs too- chairs, coolers, umbrellas, towels, sand toys, etc. will definitely rent again and highly recommend!

Awesome Space To Unwind

We completed 5 scuba dives in 2 days. This was the perfect home-base to return to each evening. We enjoyed a couple of movies in the living room and high-speed internet throughout. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious. The climate control in the king-size bedroom was great. The landlord was very attentive and helpful. Finding Megalodon shark teeth is my new favorite hobby and this is the VRBO hone-base for me!
