Your family will be close to the best that the gulf offers when you stay at this centrally-located, tastefully decorated and well-furnished 3 bed 2 bath home.
Enjoy the beautiful, comfortable furniture and multiple big screen TVs as you wind down from a day of making memories in the unforgettable beauty of one of the nearby beaches. Roast s’mores in the fire pit, relax in the hot tub or enjoy the relaxing sun room. Whatever brings your here, this home is sure to make your stay wonderful.
The space
Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Private backyard sanctuary where you will find an open furnished patio with a small pond, fire pit, encased grilling/smoker area, and outdoor dining set.
For more fun in the sun we have provided beach towels, sand toys and boogie boards to make your time at the beach fun for the whole family.
11 Minutes from Manasota key Beach ~ our family's favorite.
12 Minutes from Caspersen Beach.
13 Minutes from Venice Beach.
13 Minutes from Nokomis Beach~ another favorite for us.
35 Minutes from Siesta Key Beach~ #1 beach in US
Located only 10 minutes from Historic Downtown Venice. And 5- 6 minutes away from many grocery stores, restaurants and the must visit Detwiler's Farm Market.

Fantastic home and host!

We stayed in Julie's house for almost 5 weeks. We have been coming to Venice for the last 4 years and this house was our favorite so far. Nicely furnished and cared for. Great area and convenient to everything we like. Bedrooms and bathrooms were located nicely for privacy. Backyard area was great! Julie was a fantastic host. Very responsive. Will definitely stay here again!
