不気味な雰囲気な部屋でした。ドアも完全に開かない部屋があったり、灯が暗かったり。スタッフも要領が悪く、且つ部屋に案内してくれる際に手助けが何もなかったです。

よくわからないメンテナンス…
当日サンズーリアンに行ったら、「今日からメンテナンスだから宿泊できない。他のホテルを紹介する」と言って、すぐ近くのホテルアンティコパナダに連れて行かれました。 私が上手く聞き取れなかったのかと思い、滞在中サンズーリアンを見に行きましたが、本当に閉まっていて、メンテナンスをしているようでした…。どうして予約を受け付けたのでしょうか…？ 紹介して頂いたホテルには満足していますし、場所が大きく変わったわけでもないので構わないのですが、何かと疑問の残る滞在となりました。

サンマルコ広場に近くて便利
値段が安いので、内容はそれなりでした。 サンマルコ広場に近いので、観光の立地は良かったです。 部屋は古かったけど、バスルームが新しく綺麗で、ジェットバスまで付いていました。どこにいても蚊が多くてちょっと大変でした。 朝食はパンとハム、チーズだけくらいで本当に軽食と言った感じでした。

部屋が最悪でした。
サンズーリアンに宿泊予約を取っていたのですが、近くの別の宿ホテルディアナに移されました。宿替えの説明はほとんどなかったです。 提供された部屋が最悪で、エレベーターで上がって更に階段を上がった屋根裏部屋のような部屋でした。外に設置された室外機の音が気になって寝れません。 部屋も清潔ではない印象を受けました。 何より最悪なのは、最上階の部屋なのにエレベーターが使えなかったこと。 省エネなのか、毎日朝7時半までエレベーターが使えなくなってました。 朝早くチェックアウトしなければならないのに、最上階から重いスーツケースを下ろさなければならなかったです。 安くてサンマルコ広場に近いのは良かったですが、設備面や信用度にかけることから、サンズーリアンもディアナも二度と使いません。

conveniently located, but.......
When I checked in, I was taken to another building which is located on a back dark street. It seems that the building was sublet and did not look like a hotel. The room was very small and smelled moldly. All the TV chanels were not clear. Every morning at 5:00 a.m., I was awaken by the sound of a machine, most likely a laundry machine used by the inhabitant above me. It is really conveninetly located and from my experience in the past, the rooms of main building were fine. They should make clear that the room available is in the main building or not....

過ごしやすいおすすめホテル。
ホテルのスタッフが非常に親切だった。レストランの予約等もしてもらえた。 朝食はヨーロッパの典型的なもので軽いパンとヨーグルト等。ちょうどよかった。

ロケーションは便利なホテル
ヴェネツィアに旅行した際に、3泊しました。ホテルの受付は綺麗ですが、当方の予約した部屋は、受付から外に出たビルの裏側にあり、少々残念な思いをしました。ホテルの部屋自体は、綺麗でしたが、ここは空調が弱く、調節もできないとのこと。毛布を重ねて寝ましたが、それでも少し寒かったです。気温以外は、便利な場所にあったので、満足できました。

優れた立地、よいサービス、使いやすい部屋
サン・ズーリアンの別館に泊まりました。１〜３号室のみの３部屋のみで、裏通りにありました。こちらは階段しかなかったです。シャワールームは大変きれいでした。窓は裏路地に面していたので、あまり陽は入りませんでしたが、２カ所ありました。朝食は簡単なものでしたが、チーズとハムが美味しかったです。サンマルコ広場から歩いて３分もかからず、最初は迷いましたが便利でした。バポレットのサンマルコで降りることをおすすめします。

サンマルコ広場に近く、便利性は良好。 小じんまりしたホテルで、設備は古い。ランドリーを頼めないので不便。その分バスルームは広く、洗濯物を干すには、フロアが石できているので他生の濡れたものを干しても心配ない。

２５年目の新婚旅行
若い頃貧しくて新婚旅行にも行けず妻に悪いなあと思い続けてきました。幸い長男の就職も決まり、このままでは死ねないと思えることを一つだけしようと思いたってイタリアへ妻と二人だけで旅立ちました。でホテルズドットコムさんのおかげでベネツィアはここに泊まろうと決めました。結果は人生最高の思い出が残りました。ここはただでさえ中世から続く夢の中のような街の中に佇む秘密の館的な幻惑に襲われる不思議なホテルです。最高です。

Would not stay here again. It was a very nice location, easy to get around, and very central to sights. However, our room smelled like the sewer was being pumped into the room. It was absolutely terrible. The bed was decent size but you could feel every spring in the mattress and the pillows were so flat. They don’t have extra pillows, any type of air freshener, and they don’t really care. I’m not sure if it was clean or not because the smell just made everything seem filthy. There were also little baby ants so try to keep your stuff off the ground… wouldn’t recommend staying here. Sorry.

La camera a me assegnata n.210 aveva un'atmosfera veneziana incredibile. E mi sono trovato ultrabene. Vicinissimo a piazza San Marco colazione continentale nella media per la categoria dell'hotel.

STAY AWAY. Room 304 an attic room, where you get the elevator to a second floor, have to climb one round of stairs up (with 4 50lbs bags) and after my door climb another round of stairs up to the attic. Not a single worker offered to help with bags. The room had NO AC. Per staff AC units in Venice do not cool but only have fan so they recommended I open a window to cool my room. Anyone could walk over roofs and enter my room through the open window, not safe. A few minutes later my room was infested with mosquitoes. By 5 am I packed all my bags and left. The shower was full of hair from prior guests. The towels smelled like pure vinegar. Bedding also had prior guests’ hair. The hallways and carpets had a putrid, indescribable foul smell. Furthermore, this place has no baggage storage. When I walked in I asked the lady at the front desk if my bags were safe in the middle of a doorless hallway and she said yes they are safe we have camaras. I mentioned to her anyone could still take it and she said it would be caught in camara but that was not her responsibility. My bags sat in a hallway until check in time with no safety at all. I’m sure the front desk lady assigned me the attic room since I mentioned to her my bags were not safe and cámaras would not prevent anyone from stealing my bags. Expedia, remove this location from your site. There is NO AC and the place is falling apart. To think I paid $300 for one night here made me sick to my stomach. Not worth a dime.

Nous avons aimé l'hébergement, les différentes attractions principales de Venise étaient à quelques pas, donc emplacement pratique. Seul point négatif: il y faisait très humides et y avait parfait des odeurs d'humidité/ moisissure. Toutefois, séjour agréable!

Very nice place in the middle of Venice. Be aware that it's kind of a maze to get there from the port. There's no taxis or car on the streets of Venice which means that you have to walk all the time anyway. Restaurants are by the dozens, shopping is everywhere. Have fun because this hotel is in the middle of everything.

Chinches (Bedbugs) en la cama!!! Salimos con picadas de chinches mientras dormíamos. La habitación olía mal y tenía mucho polvo. El cuarto no tenía aire acondicionado y tampoco ventana para abrir porque habían escombros (basura) al otro lado del cuarto. Nos dijeron que no se podía hacer nada y dormimos con calor y mucha incomodidad.

For staff, one gentleman was very pleasant, the rest were so-so. Location was unbeatable! The room was VERY hot, even with lower temperatures. Our room was INFESTED with mosquitos. No other guests had bites like our family, children suffered hundreds of bites on their faces and arms. I would caution guests to check room before check-in. Again, the mosquitos were horrible, but nowhere else in Venice did we even see on mosquito except in out rooms. We bought bug spray and bit medicine, but were useless against the amount of bites we suffered.

The property was clean and in a convenient location, however building work was taking place outside of our room, we were not advised of this at booking or during check in, when we requested to be moved because of this, staff were surprisingly rude and dismissive. The property is in need of updating and maintenance, so it would be wise to check on this before making a reservation.

Terrible reviews, horrible looking place and we requested a refund through Expedia multiple times but they refused! We ended up booking other accommodation and were out of pocket $500 but wouldn’t stay here! Steer clear, horrible!

Katastrophe!! Das Hotel auf den Bildern erhält man bei längeren Aufenthalt nicht. Für Gäste die mehr als 3 Tage da sind, sind die Zimmer 2 Straßen weiter im interhof. Komplett dreckig und verwahrlost !

Abbiamo soggiornato nella dependance vicino al corpo principale. Camera e bagno puliti e buona la prima colazione compresa. Il punto di forza della struttura è che si trova a 2 minuti da San Marco
