The apartment, carefully furnished and in a strategic area, is located on the second floor of an apartment building on a tree-lined avenue, with a shared garden on the back.
It has three bedrooms, two double bedrooms and a single bedroom where the solution of a double bed is possible and the availability of adding another bed in one of the bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with a shower corner, three terraces and very large and bright living room with two sofas, large sideboard, table with chairs, marble fireplace, television and bookcase, kitchen with dishwasher and equipped.

Perfect getaway to Venice

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at our apartment in St Elena district of Venice. The generous size of the apartment is a real plus. The kitchen is very well layed out and equipped with everything we could have wanted. Our hosts stocked the fridge and cupboards with milk, coffee, fruit, yogurt, cheese, cookies, and crisp breads. It was much appreciated especially that first day and next morning when we were tired. Would definitely recommend this property - well located near Restaurants and shops plus a ten minute walk brings you to the Giardini if you are in Venice for the Biennale.

Two very wonderful hosts

Radiana was wonderfully helpful. Immediately after my booking she reached out to inquire about my itinerary in Italy. Once I replied she asked if I had any questions about how to get to Venice and promptly replied with very helpful information and links to such things as the trains to take from Rome. She and her husband Michael were waiting for us when we arrived at Sant’ Elena station from the water bus. Michael was very nice and described the neighborhood to us. When we arrived at their apartment we found that they had stocked the kitchen with basics for us. I highly recommend this rental.

Excellent séjour à Santa Elena

Bel Appartement spacieux, calme, bien exposé , bien équipé et situé près de la station vaporetto Santa Elena bien desservie. Très bon séjour avec un accueil attentionné des propriétaires.
