サンタルチア駅から徒歩圏内の便利な立地なのですが、道が少しわかりずらく、Googleマップでなんとかたどり着きました。受付の男性が、とても親切で陽気な方で、色々と気を遣ってくれました。お部屋もクラシックでイタリアらしい素敵な雰囲気で、ゆっくり休むことができました。

Venezia Santa Lucia駅から徒歩10分ほどと立地の良いホテルである。ホテルの近くにはヴァポレットの乗り場もあるので、ムラーノ島やブラーノ島へのアクセスも良い。 受付の男性の対応がとても良かった。こちらがあまり英語が話せないことがわかると、簡単な英語でヴェネツィアの観光名所とその行き方などを地図に示しながら教えてくれ、とてもありがたかった。 部屋は清潔感があり良い雰囲気だった。不満は何もなかった。 朝ごはんがとても良かった。ジャム入りクロワッサン、ヨーグルト、四角い硬めのパンなど。ホテルのお庭で鳥のさえずりを聴きながら頂く朝食は格別であった。パンを残すと鳩に狙われるので気を付けよう！ チェックアウト後、フロントの横でスーツケースを預かってもらうことができた。

Le personnel est très agréable et toujours disponible pour quelques renseignements. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais copieux avec service en chambre. Le petit point négatif serait l'isolation avec les autres logements et chambres. Nous entendions facilement la conversation de voisins dans leur salle de bain. Je recommande ce logement !

The room was tiny, the shower even smaller and the a/c did not work. Overall a would rate this barely a 2 star hotel. Not good value.

Nicolo and his dad run the small quaint property which is no more than 15 min walk from Santa Lúcia train station. Nicolo really care about showing us what Venice has to offer, lots of personalised suggestions across all the city, without his knowledge we wouldn’t have enjoyed Venice as much as we did, thank you!

Room and bathroom are extremely small. A/C didn’t work, walls and outlets needed repair. Breakfast was outside surrounded by aggressive birds.

The staff was excellent and breakfast in the garden delightful. The room had some disadvantages. There were up and down step levels with black tile making the steps not very obvious. For instance the bathroom had a step up to get in and then in the middle a 1 inch step up in the middle -- all with black on black tile. If you missed them a slip and fall would happen. They need to at least put a reflective tape or something so that it is obvious. Also the room was damp and the paint peeling off the wall in places. The shower was nice but didn't have a little shelf to put the soap or shampoo. The sink also did not have room to put your make up. It was a modern bathroom, but not thought through for the person's use. My room opened out onto a little patio which could have been delightful but it was dirty and didn't have even a chair to make it usable.

Correct pour le prix
Le personnel est très accueillant, serviable, souriant et prêt à donner tous les conseils touristiques nécessaires. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à quelque pas du vaporetto et très proche du centre. Au calme, dans une petite ruelle. Petit déjeuner servis à table assez copieux mais peu diversifié. Tous les jours la même chose. En ce qui concerne la chambre, c’est plutôt vétuste et aurait besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement, la literie est dure, attention au mal de dos. Cependant pour le prix cela reste correct pour Venise mais ça n’est clairement pas une chambre 3 étoiles et ne correspondait pas au photo du site.

L'hôtel est placé dans un endroit calme tout en étant proche des axes importants. Pour les dormeurs, il faut savoir que le campanile sonne à 7 h tous les matins. C'était notre réveil matin.Bon pti dej et entretien des chambres au quotidien. N'hésitez pas à poser les questions au propriétaire et à son fils qui vous donneront touts les renseignements sur Venise.

Stay here at your own risk
Had a non-refundable (I’ll never make that mistake again) booking for two nights at this hotel in Venice in late September, 2023. We arrived on the train from Milan and checked in midafternoon. Admittedly, once we got to the room, it was not what we expected. The room was tired and dingy. Cracked and broken glass on the nightstand and peeling paint on the walls and floor among other things. Definitely NOT a three star hotel in any part of the world that we’ve traveled to. Since it was a non-refundable reservation AND we were already out over $300 USD, we figured that as long as the bed was comfortable and that the shower worked, we would stay. After heading out into Venice for the afternoon and grabbing some dinner, we eventually made it back to the room around 9pm. We climbed into bed looking forward to a good night’s sleep after a long day of travel and that’s when the mosquitoes started swarming. We got no sleep….none. We hid under the sheets whenever we weren’t trying to kill the mosquitoes. This went on all night long. I told the proprietor the following morning about the mosquitoes and he couldn’t care less. He mumbled something about putting a “machine” in our room and this would take care of our mosquito problem in an hour. We declined his very generous offer (along with his offer not to charge us a city tax), called Hotels.com to complain about this situation then got the hell out of there. The proprietor wouldn’t refund our money for the second night. Imagine that!

Cà dei Leoni - Charming and Affordable
Very Venetian and very comfortable. Ten minute walk from train station. Staff very helpful and informative. Easy walk to vaporettos. Daily continental breakfast. Pleasant garden area. Casa Bonita, excellent restaurant, is around the corner. Would stay here again.

Lovely little hotel, with a lot of history. Guy on reception was very friendly and helpful (told us about the €2 gondola ride you can do). Great location, easily walkable to the train station and boat stations. Nice bars round the corner as well. Lovely breakfast provided in a courtyard. Would definitely stay there again.

Great A/C and charming staff
This is an amazing hotel! Nikola at the front desk was so helpful with knowledge of how to get around, recommendations, and a winning personality! The A/C in our room was phenomenal which was nice on such hot humid days. The breakfast was delicious and filling and all the staff was so kind. It’s not the biggest room, but we were very comfortable and would stay here again!

L'hôtel de l'extérieur ne paye pas de mine et la réception un peu mal rangé, mais le gérant est tres gentil et serviable. La Chambre spacieuse et tres propre au calme. Ils ont une tres jolie cour pour le petit déjeuner qui est assez copieux.

A fantastic value
Wonderful for us. We only had only one night in Venice so we were there pretty much to sleep and have breakfast before heading out the next morning to our next adventure. We chose Ca dei Leoni for the price and convenience to the train station. As the room quality and breakfast were wonderful and the host very pleasant, I can say for the short time I was there all those factors combined make this a great value in my opinion and I would definitely return.

Pleasant stay in a great location
This little hotel is located in a fantastic area of Venice, we were initially worried that it was too far out from the center but it was perfect! Close to a jazz cafe (Laguna Libre), House De Crepes and a few other little gems - was nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly and happy to help! The hotel room itself was okay - the bed wasnt the most comfortable and the headboard wasn't attached so every slight movement made it bang against the wall; it was however generally tidy and the cleaners come round every day, very glad to have had air con also! Very pleasant stay overall :)

The Cà dei Leoni is a small family run hotel. While it is close to the train station and many of the popular location. It is tucked away in a quite corner away from the turmoil of the crowds. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are compact and well maintained. Break
