Beautiful and modern apartment in the Sestiere San Marco in Venice.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed; a living room furnished with a sofa and an open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave.
To top it off, two bathrooms with showers complete the layout.
There is a sofa bed in the apartment.
The building does not have an elevator.

Our guests will have additional amenities such as television, air conditioning, and heating.

* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

*Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay.

Known throughout the world as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide.
It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums.
Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds.
The heart of the city is the enchanting St. Mark's Square, which houses the Basilica of the same name and welcomes thousands of tourists from all over the world every day.
The most famous local event is definitely the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year.
Last but not least, the famous "Bàcaro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns where to taste local wine along with cicheti, typical Venetian tasty bites.

The accommodation is 2 km from Santa Lucia Station and less than 50 minutes by transport from Venice Marco Polo Airport.

Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern, modern und sauber. Top-Lage. Gut ausgestattet, bis auf eine Kaffeemaschine! Einen Sandwichmaker gibt es, aber auf unsere Nachfrage wurde die Bereitstellung einer Kaffeemaschine abgelehnt (was kostet sowas, 29,-?). Etwas hellhörig, wenn Nachbarn Stühle rückten oder sich italienisch temperamentvoll unterhielten. Wir haben uns dennoch wohl gefühlt.Lediglich die Reinigung benutzt offenbar scharfe Mittel, die einen etwas stechenden Geruch hinterließen.

I had a great experience at the property. Checking in was seamless and online. Getting in and out of the property is made easy with electronic keypads. Can’t recommend this location enough! Also, it’s in a great location. It’s close to all the sights, close to a water taxi stop, and isn’t overcrowded with people.

The property’s location was very convenient and it had an easy check in. The steps were a little steep going up to the apartment on the second floor. The apartment had two bathrooms which was nice and a washing machine. (It would have been helpful to have instructions available on how to use the washing machine). The apartment was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay there and plan to stay there again on our next trip to Venice..

The apartment was just as described (modern, clean, and comfortable)and the location was fantastic! We really enjoyed wandering the neighborhood. The directions to the apartment were thorough however I took one star off of my rating for check-in is it would have been nice to receive the directions and code to the door earlier than the time/day of check in.
