The apartment is located on the fourth floor and is composed of: living area with sofa bed and kitchen, three bedrooms (one double, one twin and one single) and two bathrooms with shower. Very spacious apartment both in common living areas and bedrooms. The elevator was helpful in bringing luggage up to the apartment with minimal stairs.

Easy walk from Water Bus from Rialto. Easy walk to St Mark’s Square. Comfortable and fit our family if 5 perfectly. It’s Venice, so floors are slanted so added to the charm. Enough amenities. Took suggestions from binder they provided. Great stay!

Ideal location, clean property, clear instructions on how to check-in. This is an older structure but the owners seem to have modernized this. Highly recommended.
