"Really great vibe and loas of awesome amenities. Beds were comfortable and the shower was good. Locker system was super handy. The rooftop bar was good, drinks were affordable. Location is awesome, right next to the central station and Tivoli gardens.
AC was not quite enough in the recent heat wave. We had it blasting on the coldest setting the whole time, and the room was still warm.
The room could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom.
We received no change of towels or servicing during our 3 night stay. Given the heat, most of us were showing more than once a day and a single towel just didn't cut it. Furthermore, no hand towel or bathmat was provided."
