The Space:
The home is a 75 m2 cozy and newly remodeled apartment. The original building was built in the 1800s and today it holds three different apartments.

The original wooden beams that run through the upper floor ceiling and some original doors are still in place.

This home will charm you away with its history and added modern twist where you will feel the perfect serenity throughout the stay.

The home spreads through 2 floors with two outdoor areas. One outdoor dining area with a grill at the front and a cozy outdoor lounge area at the back garden with a fire pit.

The beautiful white wooden staircase inside will lead you to the sleeping rooms, loft and bathroom.

When you book with us this is what you get:

The bottom floor includes a rather big entrance area where you will find a place for your coats and shoes. A very cozy hanging chair if you would like to have some privacy from others or just to read a great book durning your stay. Here you will find all the outdoor items as well, grilling equipments and outside pillows & blankets. This area leads to both outdoor spaces as well.

Our living room and dining area spreads out on the same floor with an amazing high ceiling structure in the kitchen. These areas seat 9 people comfortably so you can all enjoy conversations or just a great movie. The 55” TV is a smart TV and you can use your own log in to check out your favorite shows and movies.

*Smart TV means that we provide the ability to log in to your different entertainment accounts like Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Max, YouTube, ect with your own existing accounts.

The living room provides a 140x200 cm comfortable sofa bed with high quality bedding.

Our main dining area seats 4 people comfortably for a nice dinner and with a view of the font outdoor dining area, grill and part of the garden.

Our kitchen is fully set up for cooking if you miss home made meals. You will find everything that you might need to make delicious meals from pots, frying pans, wine glasses, chopsticks, sharp knives and different sizes of serving bowls.

We also have everything you might need to speed up your cooking process: Air fryer, hand mixer, toaster, juicer and so on.
(Note: We do not have a microwave.)

We of course love a great cup of coffee so we made sure you have an easy to use Nespresso machine to get that great cup of coffee up on arrival. Our coffee station is yours and at your service at all times. If you run out of coffee please continue to refill it yourself.

Just up the stairs you will be set into the right vibe with our very cozy loft that will welcome you on the second floor. Original wooden beams from the 1800s, exposed brick wall and cozy lighting. Here you will find a day bed that can serve as a comfortable sleeping place with a size of 180 X 200 cm bed.

The second floor has 2 beautiful bedrooms with curtains for peaceful sleep.

Bedroom one is a very romantic A frame style room and has a comfortable thick mattress with bedsheets made from the softest, smoothest premium 500 thread count. Bed size: 180x200 cm.

This room includes a mirror and a romantic atmosphere with the exposed beams, higher ceiling, exposed red brick wall on one side and the original door of the home in case you are looking for romance.

A nice open storage belongs to this room with enough storage for your clothes.

Bedroom two has a fantastic thick mattress floor bed that really gives a luxurious glamping vibe when you spend a night here with the optional candle lights. Bed size: 180x200 cm.

This room has enough hanging and storage place for your clothes and belongings while you stay with us.

All our beddings are made from high quality cotton. The sheets’ softness, luxurious touch and breathability will transform your nights into peaceful sleep. It’s silky soft and acts as temperature control.

This prevents moisture from accumulating and prevents the sheets from becoming a place where bacteria or mites can thrive. So this is the perfect bedding for everyone with sensitive skin, allergies or night sweats.

Once you are ready for a fantastic night sleep our bathroom is waiting for you with a hot shower. We provide cozy and soft fresh towels upon arrival.

The outdoor place has a great fire pit & grill for cozy nights with your friends and family. You will find some grilling supplies at the entrance for those crispy marshmallows. Don’t forget to grab one of our cozy outdoor blankets on your way out and enjoy the warmth of the fire and the view of the sparkling skyline.

We are happy to have up to 2 dogs in the home, however we would like to ask you to really care for the property and treat it like your own home. We have everything you might need to clean your little four legged friends and a set up if you need to leave your dogs while you are not in the home. If an accident or damage occurs please let us know so we can address the issue.

Important to know that the property isn’t fully fenced and the neighborhood has dogs, cats and children. Please make sure you never leave your dog unattended in the garden and you are thoughtful of our neighbors while you stay in the home. It’s your responsibility to keep a safe environment while you have your pets in the garden.

If you would like to bring cats or other pets for your stay, please reach out to the host beforehand.

Guest Access:
The full property including all the indoors and outdoors areas, garden and parking area.
Access to Wifi, kitchen (with all its equipments: dishwasher, air frier, juicer, hand mixer, fondue pot etc.) and a laundry set up with a washing machine & dryer combo in the bathroom.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is very peaceful and safe with tons of greenery and parks. The streets are cozy with chunky trees and beautiful homes. Vellinge is a very typical Swedish middle class village. The area is family friendly and great for long term stays.

If you are a nature lover you can definitely find great spots for an evening walk or for a morning run.

You could easily reach the center by foot, it takes about 10 min or by car in about 3 min. (Parking is free for limited time here at the square).

You will find great restaurants, bakery & coffee shops, gym, grocery stores, liquor store, hairdressers, pharmacy and other shops at the main square. This takes about 3 min with car or 10 min on foot.

You will find the famous “Vellingeblomman” down the road from the home in about 10 min with car. This is a popular spot for getting fantastic and stylish interior items for your home, drinks and food items, flowers, home decorations and souvenirs.

They also have a mind blowing pet section with everything you would ever want or need for your pets.

You can also take a great “Fika” here what is basically coffee with a bun and cozy time. It would be a mistake to miss out on their waffle buffet or have lunch in their bistro.

They always have seasonal attractions throughout the year and that’s great for small or big.

If you would like to experience locally produced 100 % organic goods, visit “Ängevallens Gårdsbutik” near by. It’s only a 9 min car ride away.

This could be a delightful day out, spent with locally produced goods and adventure. Or a short trip to acquire all the ingredients of a genuine Skåne culinary experience. The shop produces their own cheese, butter, dairy products and grass fed meat. You have the possibility to have lunch on the spot as well.

If you would like to experience a fancy dining out, book a table at their 100% locally produced organic products restaurant.

If you wish to experience more local tastes, feeling and lifestyle, visit “Hallongården Trelleborg” about 8 min away with the car.

Here you can pick fresh berries as much as you can carry home, the tastiest strawberries you have ever had. You will find one of the earliest crops of Swedish asparagus here.

You can connect with nature and the local farm animals while visiting Hallongården. If you get hungry during your adventure, do not hesitate to get a spot at their cafe or just take a picnic basket with their locally produced goods and have a fantastic time at the ponds.

Getting Around:
We offer a free parking space right in front of the property. If parking is needed for more vehicles you can easily solve it in the nearby streets for free.

The property is 3 min car or 10 min walk away from Vellinge Central Square where you can buy your groceries, eat in restaurants or get a great cup of coffee.

There are buses around the area that regularly go to Malmö or Höllviken.

We are 5 min from the highway and it only takes 15 min to Malmö, 25 min to Copenhagen airport, 11 min to beach in
Höllviken or about 20 min to the famous beaches in Skanör and Falsterbo.

Other Things to Note:
We have self check-in and a smart lock so you never have to worry about losing keys. On the day of your arrival you will receive your unique code that will be valid throughout your stay.
