Although the house itself wasn’t bad, the pool was delivered dirty, there weren’t enough sheets or towels, and some of the windows didn’t close properly — including the front door, which meant there was no security. "El propietario muy amable y siempre disponible para cualquier duda. Las casas cuevas tienen buen espacio aunque hace mucho calor ( puede ser las fechas) en pleno agosto. La mesa de afuera espectacular para la familia pasábamos la noche afuera. La cocina de las más equipadas donde hemos ido, le falta un congelador o un frigorífico más, O uno más grande. "The property is modern and feels spacious. The two showers are a great size. The smart TV allows access to Netflix etc. The kitchen is equipped with most things you will need, there was no kettle and only a few coffee cups when we arrived, but Naddia soon sorted that out for us. I was a little surprised to find that neither toilet had a toilet roll provided, in other properties there's always been at least one. There's was none of the usual left behind condiments, hand wash, dishwasher tablets...

"Les points positifs : Joli petit appartement avec 3 chambres qui sont correct, il est bien situé, ce trouve dans une belle résidence bien tenue avec une grande piscine. Le propriétaire répond vite. Les points négatifs : Le mobilier est vétuste, les matelas sont inconfortable on ressent les resorts, le lave vaisselle ne lave pas, même après avoir essayer d'autres programme et pastilles. C'est dommage car ces négligences peuvent ternir les vacances."

"Sept 2025 - Fab 2 weeks staying at Villa Erase.Laureno & Muriel were super helpful setting up a WhatsApp group beforehand for any queries & providing details on finding the Villa easily & Laureno showing us around explaining everything we needed to know. The welcome pack is the best we’ve had & their home made olive oil was delicious especially on salads - yumThe Villa is in a fab location with views over the valley & mountains it is so peaceful with hardly any cars or people around. The night sky is superb to see stars & the Milky Way. The villa is just as described & as the photos. The kitchen has everything you need including a wide range of herbs, oils etc. The lounge & main bedroom are comfy the bed was so comfy we slept for almost 10 hours most nights. All rooms have air-con & the bathrooms have great rain showers with excellent hot water & pressure. The summer kitchen & plancha are fab we cooked lots of BBQ,s & fish really easily & having a fridge to chill the beers & sangria was great. The pool is just what’s needed to cool off after sunbathing on the beds the salt pool was a constant 25 degrees plus in early Sept.The villa is that great we hardly ventured out other than to restock supplies in Albox at the Mercadona supermarket & we visited the local monastery where the views are amazing.Highly recommend this villa it’s a gem in an amazing location"
