It features a spacious living room with fireplace, dining area, and air conditioning, along with a 42” TV and free 45 Mbps Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, etc.

It has 3 bedrooms:
• Master bedroom with double bed and air conditioning.
• Second bedroom with double bed.
• Third bedroom with bunk bed and pull-out bed (total capacity: 8 guests).

There is 1 full bathroom with shower inside and an additional toilet outdoors.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a private pool (6 m x 3.5 m), barbecue area, and parking. A perfect spot for a relaxed stay with family or friends.

The house is located in a quiet rural area, ideal for relaxing, yet with convenient access to key spots. Just 18 minutes by car from the beach of Torre del Mar, as well as shops, restaurants, and supermarkets.
Well connected to the highway for exploring the coast or nearby villages such as Nerja, Torrox, or Frigiliana.

• Pets are allowed under request and under a fee of 50€ per stay.
• Maximum capacity: 8 guests. Exceeding this limit is strictly prohibited. Penalty up to €300.
• Trash: Guests must dispose of garbage in public containers. If unsure about the location, please ask us. Failure to comply may result in a €50 penalty.
• Kitchen: Used kitchenware (pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc.) must be left clean. Final cleaning does not include garbage removal or washing used items. Penalty up to €50 if not respected.
• Parties are not allowed. This includes loud gatherings, high-volume music, or disturbances during quiet hours (11:30 PM – 8:00 AM).
• Respect the property: Please treat the home as your own. Damaged or misused items will be deducted from the security deposit.
• Appliances: If anything doesn’t work properly, inform us promptly so we can fix it and ensure a comfortable stay.
• Keys: 1 or 2 sets are provided. Loss of keys or lockouts may require lock replacement or locksmith service, charged to the guest.
• Bed linen and towels: Do not use them to remove makeup, clean wine, or other staining substances. Irreparably stained items will be charged.
• The use of glass is not permitted in the pool or around it.
Extras on request:
• Baby cot and high chair: €35 per stay.
• Extra bed linen and towels for up to 8 guests: €40 per stay.
