Population is a good mix of local people and tourists which gives a good atmosphere. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need during the stay. More than enough space for 4 people. 「The apartment was very clean and tidy everything worked well including the access arrangements, a great little place for two or maybe a couple with one child. Everything seemed new. We were visiting friends, who had a car so we didn’t really explore the area much but given the location I would say a car is essential」

「Great stay in this small apartment almost on the beach front. We enjoyed the short walk to everywhere in Torre Del Mar and the fact that the location is on the edge of the tourist area and not very noisy. Great service from the hosts! We could definitely return to this rental again :)」

「All the other reviews are accurate. Really good to have some basic food supplies, washing detergent, dish washer tabs and cloths. We had a great view of the working light house, an entertaining roundabout and paddle tennis. Very quiet at night. Parking pretty easy in April in the white zones. You have to pay the warden for the blue zones. Nice and warm in April, you get the morning sunrise but not the setting sun. Very pleased with our stay.」

「The apartment is very confortable and well equipped. It has a large covered patio overlooking the Mediterranean and easy access to the beach. Supermarkets and very good restaurants are withing walking distance. It is in a quiet section of town, just a short distance from high rises with many tourists. 「Sehr gute Lage, kurze Wege zum einkaufen, Restaurant und Strand. Relativ Ruhig, der Parkplatz stört nicht. Hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Wohnzimmerfenster ( einfachglas) undicht. Im Badezimmer riecht es manchmal ( je nach Windrichtung) etwas unangenehm. Sofa könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Insgesamt für die gebotene Leistung im Winter zu teuer.」

「This was our 2nd stay at this apartment & once again it was perfect for what we want & the location. The apartment is very well furnished , comfortable & had everything you could need for a holiday. It’s an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, bars & shops. The roof terrace is great for the long afternoon siesta & the small terrace off the lounge is perfect for morning coffee. 「Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber mit einer sehr schönen Terrasse. Obwohl das Haus an einer Hauptstraße steht ist der Straßenlärm so gut wie gar nicht zu hören. Da unserer Flug Verspätung hatte und wir Paco vom Flughafen aus informieren sollten wegen der Schlüsselübergaben, hat das glaube ich nur gut geklappt da unserer, vor Ort lebender Sohn spanisch spricht. Die Wohnung ist vom vierten Stock aus über eine breite gut zu gehende Treppe zu erreichen. Die Küche ist weitgehendes gut ausgestattet....

「The villa was suitable for us, as a party of 11, the villa could do with some updating and a tidy up on the outside of the villa, surrounding the pool area, however as a family we had a great time. The reviews that I had previously read about the villa before we got there stated that a car was needed due to the location of the villa - this is true, we ended up having to get 3 taxi's every time we left the villa as there is nothing in walking distance, not even a local shop for essentials....
