「This property was clean and spacious. It was close enough to walk to some restaurants and a grocery store. The location is great if you want to access things in nearby Billund. It wasn’t exactly clear that there is no front desk at this hotel. It was fine as far as checking in and out, but made things unclear about the property. The bunk beds in our family room were unstable. Our boys ended up taking the mattresses off the beds and sleeping on the floor. The first night was very quiet, however...

「The UNESCO World Heritage in Jelling is just 3-4 minutes drive from this cozy inn. We enjoyed one night stay in quiet idyllic surroundings. Free parking space is just outside the door of each guest room and very convenient to unload and load baggage. The room is spacious. Although food selection at breakfast is somewhat limited, everything is good, especially very tasty warm sourdough bread. 」

「This is a hotel that requires you to use an app on your phone to open that gate that allows you into the parking lot. This is the only place we had some difficulty, because I had run out of data on my eSIM, which I bought before we left for the trip from Canada. Luckily, my wife still had some data on her phone, so we got in. Once close to the hotel, I could use the free WiFi and the app to open the doors. It starts with a video about how to find the place, then one with how to get the key, then one with the wifi, how to empty the garbage, and other information right when you need it. I met the host personally and he is dedicated to making your experience a great one. Highly recommend.」
