Unit Layout
The vacation rental is a 3 1/2 room apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located on the 2nd floor of a well-kept apartment building in Valbella. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). There is one bathroom with a shower/toilet and another bathroom with a bathtub/toilet. The open and modern kitchen, dining area, and living room with a fireplace are combined in a spacious common area. Both bedrooms face the Heidsee lake, and you have a wonderful view of the lake and mountains from the loggia and all bedrooms.

The apartment is equipped with high-quality and natural materials, as well as the latest equipment. The modern kitchen features an oven, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher. Linen sets, including bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen, are provided. Two parking spaces are available in the underground car park for your cars, and an electric charging station is now available at the car park spaces for a fee, which is charged on-site by the landlord. WiFi connection is available free of charge, and there is a ski room and bike room. The apartment is located in a central location in Valbella, with easy access to the Heidsee, shops, restaurants, public transport, and the "Sportbus" bus within a comfortable walking distance. Perfect ski-in/ski-out access is available with the ski lifts Valbella and Fastatsch.
