Discover this magnificent 135m² triplex apartment, rated 3 stars, nestled in the peaceful hamlet of La Villette. With a capacity of 12 people and multiple south-facing balconies, this property offers breathtaking views of the Grandes Rousses ski area. Ideally located just 1 kilometer from Vaujany, the apartment enjoys privileged access to the slopes via the Montfrais-Villette ski lift, providing direct access to the Alpe d'Huez Grand Domaine ski area. A shuttle service in winter and a small train in summer provide a link to Vaujany and its cable car.
The apartment has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with all the necessary appliances, complemented by a living room on the ground floor and a large living area upstairs.
