「We stayed for 3 nights. The location is wonderful and close to L'hôtel de ville, the market, and lots of shops. The snall courtyard was nice for enjoying a glass of wine or breakfast. The only thing to cpmplain about is that the Arch between the kitchen and bedroom is low, so watch your head!!There are two parking structures nearby. The structure near les Cardeurs is 25/day. The Parking Pasteur on Rue du Chapitre was 20 per day but very convenient. I would recommend staying here!」

「Location was fabulous! Short walk from La Rotonde/Cours Mirabelle. Laura’s communication was terrific! I would only say that people over 60 should consider there are 19 steps to Access apartment from street level, and no railing on steps to loft bedroom. Tub has high side walls that my friend had trouble with. Small back balcony was lovely as was living room area. Thank you for a lovely stay in Aix! 」

"エクス・アン・プロバンスの旧市街にあり、観光には最適、また設備も充実していて快適なホテルでした。スパも併設されていて、グレードの高さを感じました。次もぜひ泊まりたいホテル。レンタカーでホテルに行くのに、ナビを使っても迷ってしまった。旧市街は道が凄く狭く、一方通行や通行止め、曲がりくねっていて運転は難しい。"

"受付の対応があまりよく無かったです。滞在期間中（3泊）にタオル交換は1回のみ、とCheck Inの際に言われましたが、他の担当に交換は無しと言われました。またトイレットペーパーの補充も無く、その都度受付にお願いに行くという不便さもありました。キッチンは食器は整ってましたが、食器洗剤などが無く、使い勝手が悪かったです。水回りの清掃が完全でなく、汚れがありました。 Locationは最高でした。近所にスーパーマーケットもあり、便利でした。"

I understood that the sheets would be changed every five days and the room would not be cleaned, but I was not informed that I would have to request towel changes. I was also unsure about how to dispose of garbage."

"I did not notice that I was charged for breakfast without my consent. It is my fault not to notice this when they issued my receipt. However, the fundamental cause of this was charging me what I did not use by default. I should have been more careful. I don’t know if this happened on purpose or not, yet they should not do this anyway. For the rest of my experience was good."
