「This was our first visit to Lefkada and we wanted to stay near Porto Katsiki. When looking for hotels I stumbled across Yades Villas in the village of Athani. The villa exceeded expectations with a private pool and accommodations were excellent. However, Athani is very rural and really isolated. We used Google maps to get there and Google maps will send you the fastest way and it is not always the safest way. We drove on roads that were truly dangerous and fortunately for us, we didn't encounter...

Wir haben den eigenen Pool sehr genossen und der Ausblick auf Vassiliki und die Bucht ist ein Traum. Die Kommunikation mit Sofia hat einwandfrei geklappt. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! 」

「Two sets of un terminated live wires; i had to fix the AC myself as the batteries in the control unit looked like they had not been changed in months. the fly screen to stop the mosquitoes had come away from its housing ( i fixed this). The location of the hotel is on a flood plain/Delta so when it rains there is a lot of standing water; standing water equals mosquitoes. The beach was very pebbly and there was a smell in the water. Very, very expensive for what you get; got better class of...

「Bad smell,room was not as good as we expect it. The highlight of the our stay was no hot water when we got home after a whole day at the beach. Bathroom had no window so the smell was awful.」
