About this property

Waltz Seaside Home

  • Welcome to Waltz Seaside Home, a quiet waterfront home on Vashon Island where the pace slows and the views open up. This three-bedroom cedar home offers a relaxed, grounded place to land—whether you’re here for a weekend reset or a longer island stay.

Life here tends to unfold outdoors. An expansive deck stretches toward the water, complete with rocking Adirondack chairs for lingering afternoons, outdoor dining and a BBQ for evenings at home. As the light shifts, the large fire pit area becomes its own gathering place—for campfires under the starry island sky.

Inside, large windows bring in natural light and frame the shoreline throughout the day. Each room is open and calm, designed for conversation, reading, and rest between island adventures.

Upstairs, one bedroom offers a private balcony with sweeping views all the way to Mount Rainier—an unexpected backdrop to morning coffee or quiet evenings. At night, leave the window open and listen to the waves.

With two full bathrooms and comfortable heating throughout, the home stays cozy in every season. And when you’re ready to explore, both Vashon town and the Seattle ferry are just a 10-minute drive away—
A place to relax and settle into island time

Meg was an OUTSTANDING host! Very informative and quick to respond. Had everything set up for us on arrival and made it very simple/easy. This was a work trip but I will 100% pan on returning for pleasure. Highly recommend!
