「I liked the place. The remodel of the basement was very well done great view of the water. But be aware it is a long way down a steep stairway. Also be aware that the place where you park is above the basement apartment down a short but fairly steep gravel path and/or another steep stairway. My wife and I are old and very unsteady on or feet. It would have been nice for us old folks if we had known what we were getting into. But it’s great if you are young. 「The loft was lovely, well appointed and in an excellent location in the city between Seattle Center and downtown. Also access to garage parking is an added bonus. Excellent and prompt communication from the host throughout and to resolve a wifi issue. The shower also is excellent.」

「The unit was clean and attractively arranged, but the check-in process was exhausting. The smart lock on the unit door did not work, and requesting new codes through the app did not solve the problem. I had to go back and forth with the host before eventually obtaining a backup physical key. The nearby parking-access door was also malfunctioning that day. In addition, a person experiencing homelessness had set up camp beside the garage entrance, which made each trip to and from the car...

「First, for the good: Seaview Vista is in a great location - close to coffee, dining, parks and many other things to do. The rooftop deck is awesome! The host was super responsive and never left me hanging. Check in was easy. Even though it is a small place, it has most of what you need in a vrbo.
