空港内にあるので空港を出入りするためにはフロントでゲートパスを受け取る必要がある。空港を出たあとにホテルに戻らないのであればゲートパスは不要。

朝食も内向きで景色も完璧👌

Here are the issues that I faced this time at this hotel 1. Cups and the cup holders were not clean and were never cleaned during a 3-day stay. Black stains were still left inside the coffee cups. Even the coffee machine was not clean. 2. Breakfast menu: poor menu and they were cold. When I visited at 7:30 and ordered Fried eggs, I was told that fried eggs would be available after 8:00 am. How come? 3. A complimentary drink was not served even it was included in the package 4. Checking in and out took so long. We even had trouble in the check-out time with the receipt. Without any excuse, staff blamed us us. Especially, managers did not try to solve the problem and told us to wait 5 minutes every time. Even it took more than an hour when we started check out procedure. Managers never came out to solve the problem. It was a good hotel before and always stayed when I visited Mumbai for the B-Trip. So never recommend you to stay here if you dont want to have bad service, uncleaned cups, old and cold breakfasts.
